Denise Kantrowitz is a partner at ACM with more than 25 years of financial and operational experience at the management and C-suite level. Her background spans Big 4 accounting, private equity, direct marketing, and manufacturing companies, with expertise in mergers and acquisitions, finance, regulatory and legal matters, human resources, customer service, and information technology. She holds a Master's in Professional Accounting from the University of Miami and a Bachelor's of Science in Accounting from the University of Florida.

Larry Healy spent more than 29 years at Bank of America and predecessor companies, holding roles across sales, commercial banking, product management, and process engineering, including leadership in middle market banking. He most recently led the process engineering group for Bank of America's wholesale operations, focusing on process improvement, efficiency, and operational risk across the global operations group. He holds a B.S. in Finance from Auburn University, an MBA from the University of Central Florida, and a Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification.
