Adam Spunberg serves as Global Head of Operations for the 100+ Accelerator, a sustainability-focused initiative of AB InBev, Coca-Cola, Colgate-Palmolive, Danone, Mondelēz, and Unilever. The accelerator provides non-dilutive funding of up to $100,000 to early-stage companies developing sustainability solutions, with the goal of piloting and scaling their technologies across the participating corporations.

Alexa Montalvo is an Executive Assistant at AB InBev focused on sustainability and strategy. She brings over a decade of experience across sustainability, hospitality, travel, and medical sectors, with nine years supporting C-suite executives. Montalvo holds a degree in Corporate Communication with a minor in Environmental Sustainability.

Andrea Brillembourg is Senior Manager of Global Sustainability Projects & Partnership at 100+ Accelerator, bringing experience in the food and beverages industry across global and market-level operations. She has led cross-functional strategic projects and long-term sustainability initiatives within the sector, with an MBA and background in food tech and FMCG.

Ann Tracy is Executive Vice President and Chief Sustainability Officer at Colgate-Palmolive, where she serves on the company's senior executive leadership team. With over 30 years of global experience across Asia, Europe, Africa-Middle East, and the UK, she has held operational and P&L responsibilities including leadership of supply chains for three major divisions with combined revenues exceeding $2 billion. Her background includes succession planning, global risk management, and governance experience, along with prior board service including Chair of the UN Global Compact Network USA and membership on audit and governance committees for public company FLOW Hydration.

Anne Bedarf is Director of Global Packaging and Plastics Sustainability at Colgate-Palmolive. She created the How2Recycle Label Program and companion How2Compost label, which provide nationally harmonized labeling for recyclability and compostability information. Bedarf also founded the Composting Collaborative, an organization that develops partnerships focused on recycling food scraps and compostable materials.

Camila Becerra is Global Sustainability Manager at 100+ Accelerator, where she oversees sustainability innovation pilots connecting startups with corporate supply chains. Her background includes experience in project management and strategy across multi-stakeholder environments, with focus on data-driven solutions and circular economy approaches.

Camila Sarria is a bilingual project manager and researcher with over seven years of experience in international development. She has managed programs focused on social entrepreneurship, digital inclusion, and civic participation, securing funding from organizations including USAID, the British Council, Acumen, NWO, and Erasmus Trustfonds. She currently serves as Global Sustainability Junior Manager at 100+ Accelerator and has experience coordinating interdisciplinary teams on competitive proposals, reporting, and budget management.

Charlotte Ward heads Unilever's Climate & Nature Fund and serves as an Investment Committee Member. With over 20 years of experience in impact investment, private equity, venture capital, and philanthropy, she has worked across supply chain transformation, ESG, and climate finance in emerging and developed markets. Her background spans infrastructure, agriculture, financial services, conservation, and healthcare sectors across Africa, Asia, North America, Latin America, and Europe.

Cristina Bayona is a Sustainability Manager at 100+ Accelerator, where she oversees a multi-million dollar portfolio of sustainability pilots across water stewardship, regenerative agriculture, clean energy, and ESG strategy spanning five continents. She holds an M.S. in Sustainability Management from Columbia University with a focus on sustainable finance, and brings prior experience in management consulting and conservation fieldwork in South Africa and the Seychelles. Her background includes work as an industrial engineer.

Daniela Varón holds a law degree from Universidad de los Andes and an MPA in Environmental Science and Policy from Columbia University's School of International and Public Affairs. She has over seven years of experience in project management and sustainability policy, including five years as a Policy Advocacy Officer and Consultant at WWF Colombia. Currently, she serves as Global Sustainability Manager at 100+ Accelerator, where she manages sustainability initiatives for major consumer goods companies.

Geovani Duarte Candelorio is Global Procurement Innovation & Partnerships Director at Danone, where he leads strategic sourcing and supply chain transformation across multiple regions and categories. He has delivered cost optimization and supply chain resilience improvements while advancing sustainability and ESG initiatives. Candelorio is fluent in Portuguese, English, and Spanish.

Gurpreet Singh is Director of Global Utilities, Sustainability & Innovation at Colgate-Palmolive, where he oversees the execution and delivery of global utilities and sustainability projects. With 27 years of experience in project management, plant utilities, maintenance, and sustainability initiatives, he serves as the company's subject matter expert for utilities and leads large-scale programs throughout their full lifecycle. Singh has been instrumental in driving energy efficiency initiatives aligned with the company's net-zero objectives.

Ingrid De Ryck serves as Chief Sustainability Officer at AB InBev, where she focuses on building resilient supply chains, supporting communities, and integrating environmental stewardship with business growth. Her approach emphasizes long-term value creation through protection of natural resources and community engagement across the company's operations.

Isabela Perea is a public affairs professional with specializations in public policy, international studies, and development studies. She currently works as a Sustainability Project Associate at 100+ Accelerator and brings over two years of experience in the social sector, with expertise in project structuring, administrative processes, and alliance development. Her technical skills include quantitative and qualitative data collection.

Jasmina Alic Zec serves as Scale PMO Lead at 100+ Accelerator, where she oversees project and program management across sustainability and technology initiatives. With a background in Chemical Engineering and over 10 years of experience in program management, client success, and operations, she applies systems-thinking approaches to governance and operational strategy.

Juliana Arias is a Sustainability Project Associate at 100+ Accelerator with a background in international business and modern languages. She co-founded Pachamama; Movimiento Verde Juvenil in Melgar, serves as institutional coordinator for RNJA Melgar, and contributed to the Reciclando Esperanzas project. Her work focuses on sustainable development and international cooperation on issues intersecting gender, environment, and social justice.

Kane Jacker is Senior Director of Global Packaging Sustainability at Mondelēz International. With over 15 years in the FMCG sector and a Bachelor of Science in Food Science and Technology, he has progressed from customer-facing sales roles to operational positions, including work with Cadbury Australia's chocolate packaging division. He currently leads the AMEA chocolate packaging team at Mondelēz.

Kevin Akaloo serves as Vice President of Global Health, Safety & Environment at Mondelēz International, where he oversees HSE initiatives across geographically diverse operations. He chairs the EHS Council at the Conference Board, which includes over 80 multinational leaders, and has led improvements in health, safety, and environmental performance across large organizational teams.

Kristi Halgren is Director of Packaging Research at Mondelēz International, bringing over 25 years of experience in material technology strategy, flexible films, and paperboard design. Her background spans cold seal and heat seal materials, commercialization, project management, and intellectual property development, with focus on people and team development.

Lucas Camisão is a Global 100+ Accelerator Scale Manager at AB InBev with over 20 years of supply chain and manufacturing experience, including 16 years in the food and beverage industry. He has held roles as Global Systems & Applications Manager overseeing supply chain digital transformation across six geographical zones, Global Tech Exploration Manager leading pilot programs for supply chain technologies, and South America Automation Manager directing automation strategies across the region. His competencies span industrial automation, IIoT projects, domain-driven design, advanced process control, and lean manufacturing, supported by an MBA and postgraduate degree in business and people management.

Marisol Rodriguez is Global ID Manager for Packaging Innovation & Sustainability at Colgate-Palmolive, where she applies 18 years of experience in strategic design and product development. She holds an Industrial Design degree from Universidad de Los Andes, an M.S. in Sustainability Management from Columbia University, and a Think Swiss Fellowship from the University of Geneva, and has worked with brands including Nike, Verizon, Energizer, Omron, and UNICEF. Rodriguez is an active speaker and workshop facilitator on design thinking and sustainable business models.

Marko Covic is Global Senior Director of Procurement for Dairy Ingredients and Innovation at Danone, where he oversees global procurement initiatives and supply chain solutions. With over 19 years of experience in the CPG food and beverage sector, his background encompasses strategic procurement, supply chain management, food engineering, and partnership-driven innovation. His work focuses on designing end-to-end supply chain solutions and advancing procurement strategies across cross-functional teams.

Michael Weber is Senior Director of Sustainability, Climate & Environment at Mondelēz International, where he oversees organizational development and complex business initiatives at regional and global levels. His background encompasses sustainability, supply chain, business development, engineering, and R&D across the FMCG and CPG sectors. He holds an Executive MBA in Global Supply Chain Management from the University of Tennessee-Knoxville.

Molun Zhang is an R&D Director at The Coca-Cola Company overseeing experimentation and external technology acquisition as part of the company's open innovation strategy. She holds an MBA from Emory University's Goizueta Business School and has built a network of external innovators including startups, academic institutions, and venture capitalists to address challenges in sustainability, supply chain, and consumer preferences. Zhang has co-led the 100+ Accelerator program and her work in strategic productivity enhancements has contributed to over $100 million in cost savings.

Paula Hemerly is Section Manager of Global Open Innovation, IP & Knowledge Management at Mondelēz International, where she oversees strategic innovation initiatives, external partnerships, and intellectual property programs. With more than 19 years of tenure at Mondelēz and its predecessor Kraft Foods, she has developed expertise in start-up acceleration, open innovation strategy, and product and process development within the confectionery industry.

Ryan KC Chaw serves as Senior Director of Global Scouting at The Coca-Cola Company, where he focuses on developing external partnerships. In this role, he leads initiatives aimed at supporting growth and operational efficiency across the company's global operations.

Vance Merolla is Senior Vice President and Fellow of Global Sustainability at Colgate-Palmolive Company, where he has developed sustainability programs across the company's global product sales and operations. He also serves as an adjunct professor and advisory board member for Columbia University's SUMA program, and brings experience in both commercial and technical aspects of corporate sustainability strategy and climate action initiatives.

Vitor Sanvido is a communications specialist with over 10 years of experience in global corporate environments, currently serving as Global Sustainability Junior Manager at 100+ Accelerator. He has led internal communications and organizational culture initiatives at AB InBev's Supply Chain division, developing data-driven communication strategies across multiple regions and managing projects in change management, employee experience, and employer branding. Sanvido is fluent in English and Italian and has experience designing global intranets, managing stakeholder communications, and establishing communication performance metrics.
