Victor Noguera founded Flat.mx, a real estate marketplace and instant buyer in Mexico, and previously established STARTegy, a seed fund. He worked as a management consultant at BCG in New York and Barcelona, and holds an Industrial Engineering degree from Barcelona and an MBA from UC Berkeley Haas School of Business.
