Thomas Dowling co-founded TaxProper, property tax software acquired by Opendoor in 2022, and currently co-founded FullSeam, which automates accounting work. He previously served in advisory and executive roles in Chicago municipal and Illinois state government, and holds a BA from UIUC and an MSc from Oxford.
