Maciej Szcześnik is co-founder and CTO of Vinci Games. He holds degrees in physics and computer science, and has over two decades of game development experience including roles as lead gameplay designer on The Witcher series at CD Projekt Red, lead designer at 11 Bit Studios, and instructor of video game development at Warsaw Film School.
