Kashif Ali co-founded Endaga, which was acquired by Facebook in 2015, where he subsequently founded and led the OpenCellular project through production deployment with multiple operators. He completed postdoctoral research at UC Berkeley focused on rural connectivity and holds a Ph.D. from Queen's University.
