Ismaeel Bashir is co-founder and CEO of Expanse. He previously worked on machine learning infrastructure at a quantitative trading firm and developed high-performance computing resource prediction tools at Edinburgh's Parallel Computing Centre. He studied Computer Science at the University of Edinburgh.
