Gesa Biermann holds a PhD in environmental studies from Ludwig Maximilian University and an M.Sc. from TU Munich, and has held C-level consulting roles at Kearney and Audi. She co-led the Center for Digital Technology and Management in Munich during her doctoral research, where she taught entrepreneurship and managed corporate partnerships and recruitment.
