Anish Raj Sikka holds a B.Tech. from IIT Delhi and an MBA from IIM Calcutta. He worked as a consultant at BCG before joining the founding team at ZO Rooms, a hospitality startup that scaled to 600 employees and was acquired within two years. He now leads Hiration, focused on career services.
