Zencey

Zencey operates an "insurance-as-a-service" platform positioned as a connection layer between distribution platforms and insurance carriers. Through a single integration, distributors can embed health coverage into their existing offerings — either as a loyalty perk or as a paid premium service — while Zencey handles policy activation, claims processing, AI diagnostics and telehealth end to end.

The company organizes its offering into three product lines sharing the same underlying infrastructure: an infrastructure "rail" that plugs a distributor into every connected carrier platform; a white-label platform that digitizes an insurer's or distributor's products from activation through claims under the customer's own brand; and a telehealth and AI line that gives subscribers AI-based diagnostics and on-demand physician access built into their coverage. A developer API exposes endpoints for issuing policies, filing claims and running risk assessments, with an onboarding path described in three stages: connect via one API, configure products, pricing and benefits, and go live.

Zencey also publishes a consumer mobile application, "Zencey - feel better," under Zencey Holdings Inc. The app targets chronic care in francophone Africa and includes a digital symptom-checking assistant that analyzes patient answers against medical literature to identify possible causes, 24/7 telemedicine via video or messaging with same-day appointments, a multidisciplinary chronic condition management program covering conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, obesity, sickle cell anemia, HIV/AIDS and heart disease, and storage of medical records.
