WePlay Ventures is a venture capital firm dedicated to the gaming sector, investing in pre-seed and seed-stage game studios based in Europe, Central Asia and Turkey. It backs studios building for mobile, PC, console, web and Web3 platforms across all genres, writing checks of up to $300k for 15% equity; third-party investor directories list a first-check range of roughly $75k to $500k and stages spanning idea/prototype through early revenue. The firm positions itself as a "smart money" investor, combining capital with industry expertise, mentorship and access to a partner network rather than acting solely as a financial backer.

Alongside direct investment, WePlay operates two programs. WePlay HUB is a three-month acceleration program for pre-seed gaming studios that provides business and technical workshops, 1:1 mentorship from industry leaders, targeted events and partner introductions; it has run multiple batches, with the first cohort comprising 14 studios from 7 countries and a second term beginning 18 September 2023. WePlay Starz is a digital platform intended to connect investment-ready game studios with partners, mentors and collaborators.

The firm began operations in 2020 as a Turkey-focused gaming investment fund and later relocated its headquarters to the Netherlands (Amsterdam), while continuing to operate in Turkey and expand across Europe and Central Eurasia. Directory listings still record an Istanbul (Ataşehir) office address.
