He joined the organization in 2008 and has held roles leading regional programs and serving as Chief Programs Officer and Chief Operating Officer; he previously worked as a consulting engineer and Peace Corps Volunteer in Honduras, and holds an MS in Economics, Finance, and Management from Barcelona Graduate School of Economics and a BS in Civil Engineering from the University of Nebraska.
