Unseen

Unseen (unseen.id) develops AI agents for the commercial real estate industry, positioning itself as "built by the industry, for the industry." The product is a catalogue of role-specific AI "analysts" intended to augment existing CRE teams, with each agent said to arrive pre-trained on market data and the customer's own documents so it can be used from the first day of deployment. Agent roles are grouped by CRE function: funds and investment management (fund, portfolio, investment, valuations, debt, investor and research analysts), asset management, corporate functions (legal and finance), development (development and leasing), capital transactions (transactions and diligence), real estate operations (capex, leasing and ESG) and property and facilities management.

The agents sit on top of an in-house data platform. Unseen says the platform runs on Google Cloud Platform and AWS infrastructure, with all data stored and processed in Australian availability zones, and that security was designed into the platform rather than added later, guided by the confidentiality-integrity-availability triad. Stated security and governance features include relationship-based and field-level role-based access control, least-privilege access, encryption of data at rest and in transit, zero-trust user access using validated email addresses and encrypted token authentication, dedicated tenancy, a full audit trail, customer-facing user access administration, data import and management tooling with data rollback to prior versions, and read-only platform-provided data sets. Continuous monitoring of the platform and its perimeter is handled with an external security operations provider, and the company offers a dedicated support portal alongside backup, disaster recovery and on-demand scaling.

As of its public site, Unseen operates a waitlist rather than open sign-up. It describes its agents as covering prime grade office, industrial, retail and multifamily assets.
