truloop is a mobile application for organizing get-togethers among friends. Instead of coordinating in a group chat, a host creates an "invitation" — a named gathering with a cover image, candidate dates, a place and a map — and shares a single link. Invited members mark the dates they are available and tap the restaurant or venue options they prefer; the app tallies responses and identifies the date that works for everyone, leaving the host only to confirm the final choice. Time, place, reservation name, map, attendee list and arrival status are presented together on one screen that all members see.

The product includes an in-app assistant that handles the follow-up work usually carried by the host: daily nudges to members who have not responded, confirmation alerts, day-before notices, and answers to questions about the gathering. On the day of the event, the app shares a lock-screen countdown, ETA and arrival status automatically via Live Activity. Photos taken during the gathering are retained with the event record, so plans and the resulting memories stay in the same place.

The company positions the app against group messaging threads, arguing that chats are built for conversation rather than coordination, so details get buried, the same questions recur, and one participant effectively becomes the project manager of every plan.
