Core capabilities include syncing transactions from a fund's back office, custom fields and calculated gross and net metrics, extraction of financial data from portfolio company statements with audit trail, forecast/budget and multi-currency support, structured portfolio company surveys that require no sign-in, capture of highlights, lowlights and asks from emails, board decks and memos, meeting transcription with summarized decisions and action items, cap table import with ownership and co-investor history, aggregation of portfolio-related news and press mentions, and standardized reporting outputs such as schedules of investments, capital accounts and an Excel plugin. An AI drafting feature produces LP letters, one-pagers and fundraising materials from fund and company data. Performance reporting covers IRR, TVPI, RVPI, DPI and MOIC on gross, net and deal bases.
