Founding story

According to investor commentary from Skyland Ventures, the team was started by its representative, known as Prize, when he was 12 years old. In December 2023 the team was incorporated as 株式会社TIECLAN, with the establishment date given as 2023-12-19 on the company's About page and startup-db, while the company's own announcement of the incorporation, dated 2023-12-18, referred to establishment on 2023-12-26. The incorporation was accompanied by the launch of the APEX pro division.
