The Nash Casino is a charitable gaming and entertainment venue located within the Pheasant Lane Mall in Nashua, New Hampshire. The property spans 130,000 square feet and is described in press materials as the state's largest charitable gaming venue. Its gaming floor holds more than 1,000 electronic games — a mix of historical horse racing (HHR) machines, slot machines and video lottery terminals (VLTs) — along with table games and 19 poker tables. Table game counts cited across company pages range from 36 to 39 and include blackjack, SP21, roulette, baccarat, midi baccarat, live craps and crapless craps, Jackpot Hold'em, Open Face Pai Gow, Trifecta and electronic table games.

Beyond gaming, the property includes a two-story DraftKings retail sportsbook and entertainment complex (DraftKings Lounge), the Stadium Social bar, Topgolf Swing Suite simulators described as the first in New Hampshire, and five dining and drink outlets including Proper Chophouse & Cocktails, Lucky Lantern Noodle House and Woodlands Café. The Nash was developed by ECL Entertainment, a Las Vegas-based gaming and entertainment company that operates live horse racing and several historical horse racing casinos including four in Kentucky (among them the Mint Gaming Hall at Kentucky Downs), together with Clairvest, a Toronto-based investment firm. Gambling activity in New Hampshire is overseen by the New Hampshire Lottery Commission and the New Hampshire Gambling Regulatory Oversight Authority.

It also remitted $1,907,921.76 to the state fund for January 2026 and $1,867,656.70 for February 2026. The venue projects roughly $24 million in annual charitable contributions to more than 100 New Hampshire nonprofits.

In December 2025 The Nash shifted partnering nonprofits from seven-day to five-day gaming weeks in order to increase the number of organizations served. In February 2026 it presented nearly $1.8 million to 10 nonprofits from January revenues, and in April 2026 it presented a record single-month total of nearly $2.3 million to 12 nonprofits from March revenues.
