Hatsopoulos is co-founder of Thermo Electron Corporation (now Thermo Fisher Scientific), where he previously served as president and vice chairman, and currently serves as co-CEO and director of Tecogen, a manufacturer of cogeneration systems and chillers. He holds a bachelor's degree in history and mathematics from Northeastern University and has received honorary doctorates in business administration from Boston College and Northeastern University.

Robert A. Panora President and COORobert Panora holds B.S. and M.S. degrees in Chemical Engineering from Tufts University and has served as President of Tecogen since 2000, with prior roles including General Manager of the Product Group, Engineering Manager, and Operations Manager at the company since 1984. He has overseen the development of Tecogen's cogeneration and chiller product lines across sales, marketing, engineering, and manufacturing functions.
