Oops (ウープス) is a Japan-based online medical care service that handles the full process from consultation through medication prescription online. The service positions itself as an easily accessible clinic covering a broad set of treatment areas rather than a single specialty.

Treatment categories listed on the company's site include male AGA (androgenetic alopecia), female AGA, ED treatment, oral contraceptive prescription, mental health concerns, sleep problems, hay fever/allergy, acne treatment, diet-oriented kampo (herbal medicine), hyperlipidemia, menopause kampo, excessive sweating, pain and nausea, and eyelash serum. For each category the site lists specific branded and generic drugs — for example finasteride, dutasteride and oral/topical minoxidil for AGA; generic Cialis (tadalafil) and generic Viagra (sildenafil) for ED; low-dose, ultra-low-dose and mid-dose pills for contraception; Dayvigo and generic Rozerem for insomnia; and statins such as rosuvastatin and atorvastatin for hyperlipidemia — together with monthly prices in Japanese yen shown inclusive and exclusive of tax.

The service states that it follows the online medical care guidelines issued by Japan's Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, applying first-visit prescribing restrictions: narcotics and psychotropics cannot be prescribed at a first consultation, and patients whose underlying conditions are not known are in principle limited to seven days of medication at first visit, with longer prescriptions possible at follow-up once a physician judges continued use appropriate. Drugs that cannot be divided into seven-day units (such as low-dose pills, eye drops and creams) are dispensed in the smallest available unit.
