Sitelink

Sitelink provides a BIM (building information modeling) viewer toolkit for construction field teams working on complex, quality-critical projects. The product runs on iPhone and iPad (including Pro models) and uses location intelligence — augmented-reality overlay, indoor positioning, and 3D capture — to present coordinated multi-trade BIM data at 1:1 scale on the jobsite. Its "Overlay" and "Follow" views show the model as the user moves through a space, with alignment tied back to model coordinates or survey control for automatic positioning. Stated use cases include speeding up QA/QC, coordinating between trades, and verifying that BIM matches as-built conditions.

Beyond viewing, Sitelink supports reality capture and spatial issue documentation. Users can record LiDAR scans of existing conditions with an iPhone or iPad Pro without additional hardware setup, attach photos, files, measurements, and AR annotations, and file georeferenced issues that carry the room, floor, and coordinate of a problem. Captured scans can be viewed in standard modeling software such as Autodesk Navisworks. Issues and rich media sync to systems of record including Autodesk Construction Cloud/BIM 360, Procore (as punch lists, observations, or RFIs), and Revizto, and individual "Sitelinks" can be shared by text or email. The application also works offline once a project has been synced.

The company positions the toolkit around distinct field and office roles — project engineers, superintendents, office engineers, project managers, VDC engineers, and foremen — with office users able to review captures and annotations from a web browser alongside existing design tools.
