SignOnSite operates an online productivity, data and safety platform for the construction industry. The software replaces paper-based site safety administration with mobile workflows covering site inductions, safe work method statements (SWMS), permits, attendance tracking, site communications and briefings, emergency management, incident reporting and configurable digital forms. Site managers can digitally request, review and approve forms rather than collecting signatures in person, and workers acknowledge site information on their phones as they arrive on site.

A "Worker Passport" stores worker details after a first induction so subsequent inductions are pre-populated, which the company associates with a median induction completion time of six minutes versus 40 minutes on paper. Records are organised into project archives intended to make documents retrievable for audits and accreditation processes such as ISO 45001. Reporting features generate custom safety and compliance reports, and integrations are offered with Procore and with Power BI so that site data can be combined with head-office environmental, financial and quality data.

The company also publishes free resources including a carbon calculator, change management white paper and information pack, and markets the platform by user role (directors and executives, project managers, contract administrators and project engineers, safety managers, site managers, site workers, and operations/IT).
