RFsemi Technologies Inc. (알에프세미) is a South Korean manufacturer of small-size semiconductor components and LED lighting products. Its core semiconductor lines include JFETs and ICs for electret condenser microphones (ECM), EMI filters and ESD protection/transient voltage suppressor (TVS) diodes; the company states ECM and TVS products are produced and sold at a rate of 200 million units per month each, and positions MEMS microphones as the successor product to ECM for voice-recognition applications. The company also operates in next-generation power semiconductors, running an SiC/GaN foundry business on a fully equipped FAB process and producing its own in-house designed power semiconductor packages.

Beyond chips, RFsemi produces lithium iron phosphate 32700 cylindrical secondary battery cells aimed at automotive power battery packs, ESS and UPS applications, and markets the Lungo LED lighting brand, which uses a proprietary patented AC-direct semiconductor driving method that eliminates the need for ballast, distributes driver ICs across the fixture, provides NTC and simultaneous-lighting functions, and is claimed to cut electricity costs by up to 72%. Adjacent system products include wireless light control systems, a cloud-based smart streetlight control platform with remote control, status monitoring and energy-usage measurement, corn bulbs for street lamp retrofits, and a smart factory solution combining wireless sensors, wireless networks and control software for plant-wide monitoring. A UV sterilization lamp line based on 222nm UV is also offered on the Korean site. The company describes itself as a global IT company combining software technology with high-volume component manufacturing know-how.
