Replai

Replai is a Portugal-founded AI company that builds "agentic intelligence" for large enterprises. Its stated approach is to capture the judgment and domain know-how of the small number of people inside a business who hold critical operational knowledge, and encode that expertise into agentic workflows that execute autonomously and verifiably at a scale individuals could not reach. The company positions this as a distinct category from general-purpose AI assistants or copilots, arguing that the next wave of enterprise AI will consist of systems that understand a specific business deeply enough to act on its behalf.

The company's earlier product was a video-based creative insights platform. Blending computer vision and AI, it automatically tagged custom video elements and characteristics at scale, measured them as tailored events, linked them to real-time performance data, and returned recommendations on which visual elements would improve a video's performance with a given audience. It matched auto-tagged visual elements to psychological taxonomies and flagged which video concepts were trending, declining, missing or overlooked in a customer's video strategy. Before that, at founding, Replai applied AI to esports and sports content: automatically assembling highlight sets from livestreamed competitions and producing clips formatted for individual social networks, aimed at growing audiences and generating sponsor and advertiser revenue. The current site still surfaces mobile app growth, video production, reporting and insights among its product areas.

Replai says its agentic workflows run in production today as operational infrastructure for companies generating several billions of dollars in revenue, and that it is expanding into new verticals and categories of work.
