ReferralMD Practice targets primary care, specialty, therapeutic and home care practices, and includes closed-loop agentic referral completion, configurable automated workflows, a provider CRM, appointment scheduling and automation, post-visit patient surveys, AI-powered conversational reporting and analytics, SmartFax agentic fax automation, AI-powered digital patient intake, patient SMS and email communications, and voice-AI patient scheduling. ReferralMD Enterprise targets PCP and specialty networks, health systems, ACOs and CINs, adding advanced EHR integrations, enterprise reporting and network analytics, programmable workflows, provider management and discovery, automated prior authorization and eligibility verification, network management tools, dedicated implementation and project managers, API access and MCP governance, agent connectivity and monitoring, single sign-on and EHR-embedded UI.
