Scantox, together with its majority owner Impilo, closed the acquisition of QPS Neuropharmacology, a preclinical CNS drug discovery CRO founded in 1999 with a 2,700 m² facility in Grambach, Austria and more than 80 employees. The unit was integrated into Scantox Group as Scantox Neuro GmbH. The intended acquisition had been announced in November 2023.
