How did your company get started? (i.e., How did the founders meet? How did you come up with the idea? How did you decide to be a founder?): The two founders met at Phillips Academy Andover in 2015. Reader (CEO) studied at Stanford and worked as an avionics engineer at SpaceX, while Jake (CTO) studied computer science and worked as a software engineer at Epic Systems. Reader started Propaya after seeing a use for AI in property management while assisting his family's business, and both founders now work on it full time.
