Primmune Therapeutics develops PRTX007, an orally administered, systemically active TLR7 agonist that activates interferon-associated innate immune pathways for use in cancer immunotherapy. The candidate is being developed for oncology applications, including combination with immune checkpoint inhibitors and neoadjuvant/adjuvant settings, and has been tested in two Phase 1 studies in healthy volunteers.
