PointAI, formerly known as Try ND Buy, is a deep-tech company specialising in artificial intelligence and computer vision for online retail. Its platform lets shoppers virtually try on garments and makeup, mix and match products, view items in real-time 3D, and interact with conversational virtual sales assistants grounded in a merchant's catalogue, brand guidelines and policies. For merchandising teams, the company offers generative catalogue creation — on-model, flat-lay, lifestyle and campaign imagery for each SKU — alongside a creative workspace product it markets as FashionGPT, and configurator and guided-buying experiences aimed at the automotive sector.

The company positions its core technology as a proprietary "parallel" AI architecture developed in-house, described as simulation-based rather than conventional generative AI. It states this approach produces images, videos and 3D assets with B2B-grade precision at substantially lower GPU cost and latency than general-purpose generative models. Products are distributed as cross-platform mobile SDKs and web plugins intended for client-side integration into existing storefronts and PIM workflows.

PointAI is led by founder and CEO Nitin Vats. The rebrand from Try ND Buy was announced alongside a Pre-Series A financing in October 2025.
