Plume Clinic is a telehealth provider of gender-affirming care for transgender and gender non-conforming people. Members meet virtually with licensed clinicians, including physicians and nurse practitioners experienced in transgender health, who review medical history, build a personalized care plan, prescribe medication, and coordinate lab work without requiring an in-person visit. The clinic states that no therapist letter or insurance is required to begin hormone therapy, and that services, pricing, and minimum age requirements vary by state; Florida law requires informed consent forms to be signed in person.

Beyond male-to-female (MTF), female-to-male (FTM), and non-binary hormone therapy, Plume offers transition support and treatment for conditions including anxiety and depression, insomnia, acne, allergies, erectile dysfunction, and smoking cessation. Members also gain access to Prism, the company's online community, along with support groups and trans-focused resources. The onboarding flow consists of choosing a membership, intake and scheduling, joining the community, meeting a clinician, and beginning treatment, with hormone therapy appointments described as available within days.
