Stephen LeveneFounder, CTOStephen Levene holds a B.A. in Chemistry from Columbia University and a Ph.D. in Chemistry from Yale University, where his doctoral research focused on DNA bending and cyclization. He conducted postdoctoral research at UC San Diego on gel electrophoresis mechanisms and served as a Staff Scientist at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory's Human Genome Center, studying DNA topology, supercoiled DNA, and extrachromosomal circular DNA before founding Phinomics.
