Peadbo

Peadbo, short for "Personal Advisory Board," is a mobile goal-accountability application available on iOS and Android. Users create a board around a single meaningful goal — examples cited include landing a product manager role, a career pivot, a degree, or launching a venture — and break that goal into "journeys" (major phases) and "milestones" (specific actionable steps with due dates and priorities). A guided setup flow asks the user to describe the goal and the kind of help needed, after which the product's AI drafts the full board structure, including milestones and tasks, for the user to review.

The second element of the product is the advisory board itself: users invite mentors, managers, professors, peers and other supporters to follow their progress, alongside an AI board member that participates in the board and builds context from the user's interactions, milestone updates and newsletters in order to offer progressively more informed support. The AI advisor is positioned as an always-available accountability partner that helps clarify goals, break them into steps and identify blockers, while human relationships remain central.

A third feature set covers progress communication: Peadbo generates personalized newsletters automatically from the user's actual board data — goals, milestones and metrics — with selectable themes (goals progress, milestone wins, board updates) and tones (inspiring, professional, casual, informative), so users can keep their supporters engaged without writing updates manually.
