Neoke

Neoke (styled NeoKe) is an Amsterdam-based travel technology company developing decentralised digital identity and biometrics solutions for the travel sector. Its platform uses blockchain and cloud-based technology to store and share users' verified identification, with the stated aim of giving travellers visibility and control over their own data while streamlining check-in, guest verification, access control and data management for travel providers. The company frames this as enabling a personalised single traveller profile spanning planning, booking and the travel experience itself.

The company markets two core products: Neoke Wallet, a consumer digital wallet in which travellers store and selectively share personal data, and Neoke Connect, an identity management and automation platform for travel providers. The consumer-facing Neoke iPhone app, listed in the App Store's Travel category, stores travel documents such as passports and boarding passes, holds travel preferences (in-flight seat preference, dietary requirements, accessibility needs), keeps data under the user's control on-device, and offers passwordless authentication to travel providers via QR code scanning. App releases through 2024 and 2025 added a cloud wallet alongside the edge wallet, multiple passport uploads, a change of KYC provider, and a shift from liveness detection to face capture for face verification.

In a hackathon project version aimed at corporate travel, Neoke issues employees a verified "traveller ID" credential in which the employer effectively acts as the KYC provider, certifying identity and employment. The credential is used to log in to travel sites with pre-filled reservation details, to share identity and reservation proofs with a hotel ahead of arrival, and to check in by presenting a QR code at the front desk, after which the guest receives a room key and a proof of stay usable for expense reimbursement.
