Navegate, Inc. was a privately held, technology-enabled supply chain management and third-party logistics company headquartered in Mendota Heights, Minnesota, with additional offices in Addison, Illinois and Shanghai, China. The company managed international, cross-border and domestic freight from purchase order through final delivery, combining a proprietary digital platform with logistics operations staff.

Its service lines included customs brokerage, international ocean and air freight forwarding, domestic truck brokerage, drayage and transload services. These services were delivered through the company's proprietary global trade management software platform, which incorporated purchase order and vendor management tools. In December 2021, Radiant Logistics, Inc. (NYSE American: RLGT) acquired Navegate for a transaction value of $35.0 million, subject to hold-back provisions and working capital adjustments. Navegate continued as a wholly owned subsidiary of Radiant under the leadership of Joe Pelletier and Chad Bickett, and its global trade management capabilities were made available across Radiant's network. The Navegate brand has since been retired in favor of Radiant World Trade Services.
