History

Mishe was co-founded by Dr. Sandeep Palakodeti, who serves as Co-Founder and Chief Product Officer. Palakodeti is a practicing internal medicine physician who earned his MD and MPH in Ohio, trained in internal medicine at Kaiser Permanente in San Francisco, and completed a fellowship in Healthcare Innovation and Entrepreneurship at Harvard Medical School. He previously worked as a hospital-based physician at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN, served as Chief Clinical Design Officer at CareMore Health, and as Chief Population Health Officer at University Hospitals in Cleveland, OH, where he oversaw an Accountable Care Organization serving over 600,000 patients and a self-insured employee plan covering over 35,000 commercial beneficiaries. He is separately Co-Founder and Chief Medical Officer of Rebel Health Alliance, a national specialty cloud clinic focused on longevity, wellness, optimization and metabolic health.
