Maneva

Maneva develops deep-learning computer vision for industrial operations, described by the company as "Video-to-Action AI." Its systems analyze video from cameras on the production floor and convert what they see into actions across four solution areas: quality assurance (defect, mislabel, packaging, size and product-tracking detection), downtime reduction (identifying issues before they cause line stoppages), production efficiency (automating repetitive checks and factory tasks), and health and safety (real-time worker protection and compliance).

The product line comprises an orchestration platform plus two named applications. VITA covers quality and downtime use cases including label verification, packaging quality, product defects, product tracking, size accuracy detection, counting and hazard detection. ALIS, an AI line supervisor, addresses productivity and safety use cases including line efficiency, product tracking, PPE compliance and danger-zone monitoring. Maneva positions itself as an intelligence or orchestration layer for factories rather than a collection of point applications.

Deployment is designed to be plug-and-play: customers own the hardware and can use existing cameras or off-the-shelf models recommended by Maneva, with Maneva supporting installation and configuration and equipment rental available in some cases. The AI can be trained on X-ray, infrared or thermal imagery where such cameras are in use. Customer data is stored on cloud infrastructure under Maneva's governance, by default AWS S3 and RDS, with encrypted storage and transmission and configurable support for data residency, export controls and privacy compliance.
