Konn Technologies is a Jordan-based construction technology company that combines three linked systems: a composable architectural design language for generating home layouts, a modular construction process intended to translate that design modularity into factory-produced physical components, and a software platform that connects the homeowner journey from initial concept through handover. Its consumer-facing brand, Konn (konnhomes.com), sells the resulting end-to-end service to homebuyers, covering architectural design, fixed pricing, manufacturing and on-site assembly under a single team.

The company positions its platform as asset-light and virtual, integrating tools already used in the industry — Building Information Modeling, project management software and visualisation — with an online configurator so that users can select and configure pre-designed home schemes that are then manufactured and assembled on land. Founding story

Konn was founded by husband-and-wife architects Basel and Basma Uraiqat, who had previously established the interior design and architecture practice Uraiqat (Uraiqat Architects), a firm with over a decade of high-end residential work in Jordan. The idea grew from repeated frustration with the gap between designed and built outcomes — industry-wide defects, cost overruns and schedule delays — and the observation that homeowners were left coordinating between architect and contractor.
