What is the core problem you are solving? Why is this a big problem? What made you decide to work on it?

The founders note that AI agents now execute financial transactions, access sensitive data, and take real-world actions, yet there is no insurance, certification, or liability framework for their failures. They compare this to the cyber risk gap of the early 2000s that preceded a $15B+ insurance market, and cite AI incidents being excluded from traditional liability coverage and rising lawsuits. They encountered the problem while building AI agents for claims processing in regulated environments, where customers repeatedly asked who was liable when an agent errs. What is your long-term vision? If you truly succeed, what will be different about the world?

The founders argue that each major technology requires a trust layer before scaling, citing cybersecurity for the internet and compliance standards for cloud computing, and view AI as the next case. They aim to build a liability and certification framework that makes AI agents more accountable and auditable for enterprises deploying them in critical environments.
