Khalani Decentralized solver platform

Khalani, operated by Perpetual Motion Labs, Inc, is a platform for what it calls custom execution markets: an operator encodes execution requirements once — such as minimum price, maximum slippage, deadline and finality — and Khalani turns those requirements into a market in which a network of counterparties competes to fulfill each leg of a transaction. Counterparties include solvers, market makers, bridges, on- and off-ramp providers, payment service providers, FX desks and liquidity providers.

The platform is organized around three steps: setting enforceable rules, sourcing execution from an open counterparty network, and settling atomically. A single cross-border payout may touch up to five legs (on-ramp, tokenizer, chain, swap venue, off-ramp); Khalani treats these as one logical transaction so that either all legs settle or none do, with refund-on-miss and an audit trail rather than partial state and reconciliation. The site illustrates the model with a USD to BRL payout of roughly $10,000 routed through SWIFT on-ramp, USDC tokenization, Base L2, a USDC-to-BRZ swap and a PIX off-ramp.

Khalani positions itself against the prevailing vendor model, in which operators integrate three to five providers per corridor, each with separate SLAs, pricing and roadmaps, and where SLA enforcement happens through quarterly reviews and credit memos. On Khalani, adding a corridor is intended to inherit the existing market rather than require a new procurement cycle and integration.
