- How did your company get started? (i.e., How did the founders meet? How did you come up with the idea? How did you decide to be a founder?)
- The three founders were each motivated by watching an older family member suffer from gaps in the healthcare system, including preventable ER readmissions and isolation in assisted living. They spent over 600 hours working directly with older adults and bring software, AI/ML, and hardware experience from Neuralink, Stanford, and NVIDIA, plus leadership roles at student and volunteer organizations including Zero2One, Stanford Founders, and Covalence.
- What is your long-term vision? If you truly succeed, what will be different about the world?
- The founders aim to shift healthcare toward continuous, preventative, home-based care. They plan to start with high-touch outpatient care for Medicare providers to support value-based care and build a proprietary data layer, then later add ambient sensing and home care technologies such as robot companions for around-the-clock health management.
