INTU develops what it describes as a unifying execution and control layer that links AI and blockchain technologies to an organization's existing systems rather than replacing them. Its stated core components include a unified identity framework that connects existing identity systems with distributed authorization controls, an adaptive policy engine providing guardrails for security and compliance with tamper-proof auditing, cross-platform execution across cloud services, blockchain networks and AI systems, and capabilities for handling data and digital assets while preserving user control and privacy.

On the blockchain side, INTU's documentation describes a protocol that creates next-generation blockchain accounts that are externally-owned accounts rather than smart contracts, compatible with EVM chains, protocols and contracts, and with support noted for Solana as well. Account features include customizable account recovery, self-custody, shared custody and permissioned custody models, two-factor authentication, safelisting, password reset, spend limits, geolocation and KYC/AML programmability, and full account transfer. The accompanying SDK and tooling covers three primary functions — Connect (onboarding and log-in supporting social log-in, biometrics, email, SMS and existing Web3 wallets such as MetaMask and Ledger), Interact (signing, including no-click and one-click flows, gas management and abstraction, and co-signers) and Manage (account administration and advanced features). The SDK can be embedded in an application, served and run in the browser, or hosted as a backend service.

For AI use cases, INTU markets preventative governance, controlled data access, distributed verification of AI operations and tamper-proof audit trails for AI agents, positioning these as guardrails that preserve agent autonomy. Direct-integration features for applications, devices and assistants include transaction proposal with gas subsidization, transaction simulation and safety rules, network and token whitelisting, shared custody with end users and other organizations, event listening and push notifications, and off-chain collection of on-chain revenue.
