In November 2025, the British Journal of Pharmacology published a study on IA-0130, an oxindole-derivative gp130 binder, reporting inhibition of IL-6/gp130/STAT3 signalling and anticancer activity in ovarian cancer models, including anticancer drug-resistant lines.
