HonestDocs operates an Indonesian-language consumer health website at honestdocs.id. The site is organized around several content areas: profiles of diseases and conditions that cover causes, symptoms, treatment and prevention (for example herpes, cervical cancer, diphtheria, hemorrhoids, typhoid fever, syphilis and dengue fever); reviews of hospitals; and editorial articles grouped into categories such as health services, family and lifestyle.

A "Tanya Dokter" (Ask a Doctor) section lets users post health questions publicly, with responses marked as having been answered by a medical expert. Published questions cover topics including sexually transmitted infections, pregnancy and contraception, and medication use. Users can also browse and search questions submitted by others, and the site surfaces popular search terms such as boils, typhoid, hemorrhoids, pregnancy and kidney stones.

The article library includes drug- and treatment-focused explainers (for example on pregabalin, acyclovir, valsartan, antihistamines, paracetamol side effects, mucolytic cough medicines and physiotherapy) as well as extensive COVID-19 coverage, including pieces on vaccine approvals and misinformation, differences between PCR, antigen swab and rapid tests, the Delta and Omicron variants, third doses for health workers, self-isolation, and claims made about ivermectin and molnupiravir.
