Gyala Therapeutics is a biotech company developing GYA01, an investigational CAR-T cell therapy for hematologic cancers including acute myeloid leukemia (AML) and T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (T-ALL). Founded in 2020 as a spin-off of Hospital Clínic Barcelona and the August Pi i Sunyer Biomedical Research Institute (IDIBAPS), it builds on these institutions' experience in CAR-T therapies.
