FilterPixel is a desktop application for photographers who shoot high-volume events and need to select and edit large image sets quickly. Its culling features include DeepCull, a mode in which the user sets a genre such as conference, sports, concert or wedding and the software scores each frame for editorial relevance — for example keynote moments, peak action or crowd energy — attaching a score and a stated reason to each photo rather than assessing technical sharpness alone. A Review Mode retains all images rather than deleting any, organizing them instead; Survey Mode groups near-identical frames and surfaces micro-differences for side-by-side comparison; and a Magic Number feature automatically narrows a large shoot down to a delivery-ready selection. The application also learns a photographer's existing tagging conventions — stars, color codes and flags — and applies them consistently across a set.

On the editing side, FilterPixel applies a single style across an entire shoot in one click, adjusting white balance, exposure, color tone and contrast. Style DNA lets a photographer train the software on an edited Lightroom catalog so its own tones and adjustments are reproduced at scale, while built-in Expert Profiles created by professional photographers provide edits without any training step. The product covers the workflow end to end: ingest directly from a memory card with automatic backup in RAW, JPEG or both; culling and editing in a single interface; and export to Lightroom, Capture One or Photo Mechanic in the user's preferred format.
