FastLane Labs (fastlane.xyz) builds maximal extractable value (MEV) and liquid staking infrastructure for the Monad blockchain. Its core products are the FastLane MEV Protocol — a smart contract plus a validator sidecar that auctions transaction ordering within a validator's blocks to searchers — and shMonad, which issues shMON, a MON-denominated liquid staking token implemented as a standard ERC-4626 position. According to the company's site, shMON yield is drawn from four streams: base Monad staking issuance, MEV revenue from the FastLane auction, Chainlink Smart Value Recapture (SVR) liquidation revenue, and atomic unstaking fees of 0.005% to 1% charged for instant exits (standard unstaking settles free in roughly 24 hours). A planned hMON yield-donation token is described as coming soon, and a USDC "Smart Vault," built with Li Gomez, offers USDC-denominated exposure to the same yield stack with automated monitoring and rebalancing to manage liquidation risk.

FastLane also develops Atlas, described as a generalized execution abstraction protocol for the EVM that lets applications, frontends and oracles run intent and MEV order flow auctions (OEV auctions, backrun order flow auctions, intent/swap RFQs, rebalancing auctions and LVR-resistant AMMs) via configurable "Atlas Modules." The company states it built Atlas as the auction infrastructure powering Chainlink Smart Value Recapture, and that the same system on Monad captures oracle-related MEV for shMON holders. Protocol governance and security controls described by the company include a 5-of-7 geographically distributed multisig with cold-wallet signers, onchain timelocked upgrades, circuit breakers that halt deposits and withdrawals on unexpected shMON exchange-rate moves, participation in Monad's Dedicated Device Program, and audits attributed to Cantina and Guardian.
