Detected events are mapped automatically to the clause they breach in a customer's HACCP or ISO standard, risk models are used to flag sites most likely to fail their next audit 30 days ahead, and confirmed detections automatically open a CAPA with owner, SLA and attached evidence. Notifications are delivered by push, Slack, Teams and email, escalating until an owner confirms.
