EcoPro BM is a South Korean producer of cathode active materials (CAM) for secondary batteries, headquartered at 100 2 Sandan-ro, Ochang-eup, Cheongwon-gu, Cheongju-si, Chungcheongbuk-do. The company was founded on 1 May 2016 as part of the EcoPro group, building on cathode material activity that dates back to a 2004 government-designated consortium for developing ultra-high-volume cathode material for secondary cells and to parent company EcoPro's KOSDAQ listing in 2007. Domestic supply of high-nickel cathode materials began in 2008 and overseas supply in 2013.

The company has expanded through a sequence of cathode active material plants: CAM 1 (2008), CAM 2 (2009), CAM 3 (2015), CAM 4 and headquarters relocation (2017), plant 4-2 (2018), plant 5 in Pohang (2019), and, through affiliate EcoPro EM, CAM 6 (2021), CAM 7 in Pohang (2022) and CAM 8 in Pohang (2024). Product lines span high-nickel NCA chemistries and, more recently, development work on LFP and sodium-ion battery cathode materials under Korean Ministry of Industry programs.

Internationally, EcoPro BM established EcoProGlobal in 2021, set up EcoPro CAM Canada LP in 2023 and began construction of a Canadian plant that year, and broke ground on a Hungary campus in April 2023 that was completed in November 2025. In 2026 the company pursued a 1.2 trillion won rights issue, part of which is earmarked for a 765 billion won acquisition of an Indonesian nickel smelter structured as a three-way joint venture with parent EcoPro and Chinese battery materials firm GEM (Greenmei).
