DLeader, Inc. is an Osaka-based company developing KumiChem, an AI-agent platform for RNA and oligonucleotide drug discovery. Outputs are ranked lead candidates scored on efficacy, safety and IP clearance, with a subset carried into in vitro validation. A "MetaAgent" component performs batch processing and summarization of large record collections to curate data from sources such as the CTD database, patent corpora and internal screening reports into unified knowledge graphs.

Founding story
