Chance

Chance provides a verification layer for AI agents that move money. Its core infrastructure, called Agent Contracts, sits between an agent's stated intent and its on-chain execution: an agent proposes an order (market, side, price, size) with a structured intent summary, a separate model verifies the order against the user's original intent and returns an approve-or-reject verdict with a reasoning trail, and funds are released from escrow and settled on-chain with a receipt only when the check passes. A failed check executes nothing.

Two products run on this infrastructure: Chance AI, an agent platform where users can describe a trading thesis in plain language to create an autonomous agent, select from a library of pre-configured strategies, or use Chance Terminal to aggregate venues, compare prices across markets and copy trade; and Chance App, an AI wallet for manual trading. The same intent check is designed to apply across venue types including prediction markets, perpetuals, spot, lending, yield, payments and derivatives. For prediction markets specifically, the harness verifies that a position matches the selected market, outcome and resolution source before funds are committed.

Business model

Chance operates a verification and execution layer offered in three integration tiers: Light, which returns only an AI security verdict before a transaction is signed and never touches funds; Full, for autonomous secure execution; and RPC, described as smart RPC protection. The company also runs consumer-facing products (Chance AI and Chance App) on top of its own verification infrastructure, and offers the harness to other agent platforms to embed.
