Cerberus

Cerberus is the flagship product of C7 Security (also referenced as Cerberus Tech, Inc.), a Central Asian cybersecurity group that combines penetration testing services with research in type theory and programming language design. Cerberus is presented as an IDE and programming language built for ethical hackers, unifying tooling that would otherwise require multiple separate products, and as an AI agent that can be pointed at production systems with what the company calls mathematical safety guarantees.

The product works by having customers define a scope once — in-bounds and out-of-bounds targets, destructive-write rules and lateral movement limits — which becomes a formal specification inside the compiler. A user then gives a natural-language objective; the agent translates it into Cerberus Lang, proves each intended action against the scope specification, and executes only actions the compiler accepts. The company states that code which could violate scope cannot be emitted at all. Security teams observe runs live in a collaborative workspace showing the attack tree, current hypothesis and findings, can pause or take manual control, and can generate executive, technical and regulator-oriented reports containing a proof trace of every executed and every blocked action.
